Product Care

Aprons

Our aprons are made with cotton fabric. Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry on low.

Burp Cloths

Our burp cloths are backed with Terry cloth fabric for its high
absorbency characteristic. This material is usually made with 100% cotton,
making it washer-dryer friendly.

We do not pre-wash our Terry cloth, so the fabric may shrink
through the first couple of cycles. It is best to wash alone on a cold-delicate
cycle and hang to air dry.

Avoid using fabric softeners, as it may reduce the absorbency
of your Terry cloth. When using the dryer, tumble dry on low or medium heat, to prevent fiber damage and stiffness caused from over-drying.

Fabric Basket

Best to hand wash fabric baskets due to interfacing and its delicate nature. If using a machine, wash on a gentle cycle using cold or warm water not exceeding 30°C/86°F. Use neutral detergent and avoid fabric softeners. Lay flat to dry. Do not use dryer.

While the basket is still damp and not completely dry, gently stretch it to help restore to its original shape.

Lanyards & Wristlets

Scrunchie lanyards, standard lanyards, and wristlets - Majority of our lanyards and wristlets are made of cotton fabric and elastic.

While you can machine wash your lanyards and wristlets, it is best to hand wash and spot clean. Exposure to water or excess moisture can cause the metal hardware to rust.

It is also best to store your lanyards and wristlets in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Excessive heat may cause damages to the inner elastic, such as brittleness or shrinking.

**Be sure to monitor children as lanyards could pose as a choking hazard!

Minky Blankets

Most of our blankets are backed with Minky fabric. Minky is
a soft, plush material made from polyester fibers.

To best care for Minky fabric, wash alone in cold water on a
cold-delicate cycle. Avoid using fabric softener and dryer sheets.

As much as possible, hang your Minky blanket to air dry. Heat causes the Minky fibers to melt, which causes the fibers to harden over time and may shorten the life of your blanket.  Therefore, if you must use the dryer, use a “no heat tumble-dry” or “air fluff” setting.

NEVER iron your Minky.

Scrunchies

Our scrunchies are made with Cotton fabric and elastic. It is best to wash by hand only when needed in cool water and hang to air dry.

Avoid using the dryer, as the heat can damage the elastic, shortening the life of your scrunchie.

To prolong the life of your scrunchies, consider rotating between multiple ones. Try not to use the same one every day and store them flat or hanging, as to give the elastic a break from stretching for long periods of time.

Cotton Fabric

For products made with regular cotton fabric, best to machine wash warm or cold on a gentle/delicate setting using phosphate-free detergent.

Machine dry on a low temperature setting or hang to air dry.

For products made with other fabrics, see specific product care listings for special care instructions.

Candles

Our candles are handmade with soy wax and fragrance or essential oils.

To prevent fire and serious injury:

  • Burn candle within sight
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets
  • Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use
  • Place on a level surface
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

Canvas Tote Bags with Vinyl Designs
